Testimonials
“Nicole’s presentation captivated the fifth and sixth grade participants as well as numerous adult attendees. She engaged students with her own relatable experiences as a middle grade reader. Her message that students should believe in their own unique creativity impacted her audience. After her visit, one student, who struggles in literacy, proudly told teachers that he was starting to write his own book. He took it home after school, planning to work on it the next day (which was shaping up to be a snow day).”
“Nicole’s presentation included a fun and accessible writing activity and plenty of time for Q&A. Almost every student in the room had at least one question for her! Any school would benefit from an author visit with Nicole Valentine.”
